Loan Overview

You may be eligible if you:

Borrow up to $15,000 AUD
Access funds in annual amounts of up to $5,000 AUD
Use funds for living expenses, settlement costs and study-related needs
Fixed interest rate of 7%
Simple interest while studying, compounding after graduation
Loan term of up to 7 years
No repayments required during your studies
A 5.0% administration fee applied to each amount drawn down (added to your loan balance)

How it works

Submit your Application

Once you’ve been accepted into the RSSP, complete our online application. Select 'I have been accepted into the Skill Path education pathway' to access this loan.

Document Verification

After submitting your application, upload your documents and complete an ID check through the portal so we can verify your information.

Accept your Loan

Once we’ve assessed your application we’ll send you a loan contract to sign (if approved), including an outline of your loan terms and conditions.

Request your Funds

Once your loan is active, request your first drawdown. You’ll choose how much to access based on your living expenses (up to $5,000 per year).

Study Now, Pay Later

You do not need to make any repayments while you are studying. Repayments begin after your when you complete your course (up to a maximum of 3 years from first drawdown).
